MISSION STATEMENT:

 

Jake Remembered is a non-profit organization established with 3 goals:
 

1) To financially support cancer research with gifts and donations to cancer research organizations.
2) To establish an annual scholarship for students at Jake's alma mater, Western Hills High School.
3) To remember Jake and fulfill the wishes & desires he expressed before his death from cancer in November 2008.
